To initiate a return for greeting cards or stationery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at our Moonee Ponds location:
Once we receive and inspect your returned greeting cards or stationery items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, in accordance with Australian banking practices.
Please note that shipping costs for greeting cards and stationery are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order, as per Australian Consumer Law requirements.
If you receive a damaged or defective greeting card or stationery item shipped within Australia, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs for defective greeting cards or stationery products.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for greeting cards or stationery. If you wish to exchange a greeting card item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the greeting card or stationery product you prefer.
